Working in partnership with the marketing strategy superstars at Udell Direct, Smith & Robot took the technical and creative lead to invent World Market Explorer. From the name, to the packing crate look, to the passport-style rewards stamps, every detail was crafted to make loyal customers feel special. And the technology powering it all was built to stand up to the taxing damands of this highly personalized experience.

We're proud to have launched this national program because we're World Market shoppers too. When the associate ask at checkout if we're members of the World Market Explorer program, we know we named it. And when we punch in our phone number to track our purchases, it passes that data through software we developed to talk to World Market's brick-and-mortar system. So we can get rewarded for every bag of coffee, every bottle of wine, and every birthday.
