American Legacy Foundation's Become An EX program helps smokers relearn life without cigarettes. By giving smokers the digital tools to manage the complexities of addiction, they affect real change in people's lives. But how to help smokers when they need it most, away from the desktop.
In partnership with our friends at GSD&M Idea City we designed and developer the mobile version of the already effective BecomeAnEx.org. By taking the program apart and putting it back together for the realities of the small screen, we helped smokers get to the help they needed any time.
The resulting mobile experience offers members a fast, simple cigarette tracker that tolerates interruptions, kids, and the general distraction of life. They could even stop to review their habits at a glance. And all this was available across all types of phones, not just the newest, smartest devices.
