Video software demos are tricky. Customers want to see the product, but they get overwhelmed by details. With Smith & Robot's animation and design, Absolute Software found the sweet spot that tells the story of their LoJack for Laptops Customer Center.

Working from our friend Rich Malley's lively narration, we created a storytelling device to help watchers follow this video walkthrough easily. By abstracting the product interface with brisk animations, we direct viewers attention around the screen. And we never go far without stopping to demonstrate the benefit. The result is a 3 minute video that keeps you watching to the end.
